Motors not stopping after crash detection

Greetings.

So this morning my drone decided to have a hickup with one motor not spinning after arming, have no idea why, which lead to an invedable flip over.

I received a crash detection message on my ground station but noticed that the motors did not stop spinning even after holding the stick bottom left where I usually disarm the motors. I also tried using the safety switch but this also did not stop the motors from spinning. I had to unplug the battery.

Which FW version did you use?
