Motor Test, speed different between each motors

Okay so i have a S550 Hex build, newest Arducopter firmware, updated Mission Planner.
30A ESC with 920kv motors with a Holybro pixhawk FC.

the issue is, i have calibrated my RC, more than once, verified motor orientation, more than once, (5,1,4,6,2,3) ESC have been “Successfully” calibrated more than once using individual method as well as all at once, as well as with the RC transmitter. now im attempting to run a motor test to be sure they are all spinning at roughly the same speed (as being on the bench without any prop/load there will be some variation) when i begin the test, i do not get any spin until 11% for any motor ( but they all do spin at 11%) but when I do my test it is clear that motor 2 is spinning slower than the rest. by placing a dot of whte paint on the side of each motor housing i can visibly see what ones are spinning faster than the other. there is maybe one or 2 others that may be faster and one or 2 that may be slower, but none that are spinning nearly as slow as this one. its not spinning so slow that its that easy to see. but when i put the paint on the motor, it made it stand out clear.

i figured i would put the props on it and see if maybe it fixed its self with prop/load on it, went out side to see maybe if it would even attempt to get off the ground and the only thing it attempted to do was flip over on top of its self. i do have a log saved somewhere from it and can provide it if needed. i will just need some direction on how to share it.

any assistance at this point would be very very appreciated.

Are you doing the test using mission planner’s motor test menu?
Or are you using the throttle stick on your RC?

yes, i am in the Motor Test menu.

You did calibrated your RC. But did you calibrate your ESCs?
What ESCs are you using? PWM protocol?

yes, RC has been calibrated as well as ESC’s.

ESC’s are the REC Technology 30A for 2s-6s LiPo.

MOT_PWM_MAX : 2000
MOT_PWM_MIN : 1100
MOT_PWM_TYPE : 0 (Normal)

Did you calibrate the escs after the RC?

yes. More than once just to be safe. I even attempted to calibrate the ESC one at a time (manually), all at once (through the option within mission planner) as well as doing it with the RC (throttle up, plug in battery, ect)
