My quad is almost together. I would like to run the Motor Test available in Mission Planner 1.3.19. I have the board configured to run from one 2A BEC from a 30A ESC. The others are disconnected. In this configuration the jumper pin is connected to provide power to both sides of the APM. To run the test I would have the board connected to my computer with the USB cable and external battery power to run the motors with no props installed. Will I burn out the pilot board if I connect both power connections at the same time??
I’ve not had a problem having usb plugged in and then adding lipo power to it before, it was how I used to do compassmot before getting wireless telemetry.
