Motor spin problem!

i am in process builting a quad! my setups is apm 2.6, neo 6m gps, 1000kv motor a power module and simonk 40a emax switching esc’s and some other no important for the moment.

i configure apm wit 3.1.5 firmware a finish all the steps in auto wizard i install 433mhz telemetry and of course i installed the gps … so far so good all works fine.

the problem is when i tried to add the motors to outputs…i prefer to power the module from one esc of 4 and i didn’t connect the power module so agter i intall the jumper in jp1 i power up the module from one esc and take off the 5 v from the others 3!!! (is that correct?)

anyway the module start up and after i armed a move the throlle up but only 1 and 2 motor spin and in fact not simultanius different rpm at same throlle percent (%) als the other 2 dont start at all and only if a remove them from apm(without prps of course) and put the back then starts spins!!

all the motors and esc have been checked direcly in the receiver in 3ch every time and all works just fine!

my rx and tx is flysky fs-th9x and my receiver is FS-9RB … i try to calibrate the esc’s but i am bit confused.
also for now and test and until my 3s 5000mah battery arrive i use a 2s 700mha

i had follow all the steps and i stuck in the end…

any help much apreciate.
sorry for my english

I would recommend that you use the APM Power Module, however if you are planning to use an ESC BEC make sure it provides at least 2A. That is correct, it’s needed to cut the power from the remaining ESCs as explained in http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/common-apm25-and-26-overview/#Power_Supply_Rails_Connected_Requirements_JP1_Installed

Review your connections: http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/common-apm25-and-26-overview/#Power_Supply_Rails_Connected_Requirements_JP1_Installed, make sure that the motor outputs are correctly setup http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/connecting-your-rc-input-and-motors/ and try to do an ESC calibration again: http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/initial-setup/esc-motor/.

Regarding the battery, wait to use the 3S battery and make sure that the failsafe is configured at 10.5V.
Here is how to configure the failsafe: http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/battery-gps-and-gcs-failsafes/#Battery_Failsafe.
