Motor alocation

I am using a f765 wse for a rc vtol project similar to the convergence but i am having issues getting the three motors to work. In servo output they are lablled as motor 1,2 and 4 but thay wont spin though it is armed but it dose spin when they are labelled as throttle.

Are you in a Q mode?

Yes they still dont work but i also need them to work out of a q mode.

Dose it matter if the board was originally flashed with arduplane
