I am using Pixhwak 6C flight controller, which has 16 outputs via I/O and FMU port.
As Ardupilot supports upto 32 outputs, Is it possible to have more than 16 output with PX 6C via CAN bus or SBUS for additional servos?

Sure with CAN/UAVCAN.
