Please help me !!!

In my Mission planner action tab no options are available .
and while doing simulation of quadcopter its showing mkfifo failed with no such file or directory mission planner

please do the action as mentions on the hud.

and ignore the MKFIFO issues atm

but in action tab when i am scrolling it , there is no option i can see its blank
