Although a bit jank - looks like the following workaround works for this use case:
DO_AUX_FUNCTION = 153 disarms the aircraft after the delay and servo command - thus it never reaches the takeoff.

I have tried to perform this mission in SITL version 4.4 and it works, but it does not disarm the copter.
Can you send the mission file you are testing?
