Mission Planner v1.3.46 Error

Mission Planner version 1.3.46 Build 1.16309.37214 will not read/ load saved missions.
It errors out with “Line Invalid” with a string of numbers behind.

*Confirmed rolling back to 1.3.45 fixes the issue

Same problem here and I cannot add new waypoints either.
