Mission Planner Simulator does not connect

Had been using the Mission Planner 1.3.64 build 1.3.7032.578 simulator for several weeks now and suddenly it no longer connects and the connect sequence times out out saying it saw no heartbeats.

I re-loaded MP from scratch and it still does not connect. It continues to work on two other PCs. Maybe another Windows 10 update problem?

Removed the Mission Planner directory and re-installed and it all works again.
