Mission Planner RTL after waypoints

I will set 3 waypoints in mission planner and it shows (DASHED LINES) to the first waypoint then a solid line to the second and dashed lined to home. Then when I run the mission it goes to the first waypoint and rtl. Flip the switch to do mission again and it goes to second waypoint and rtl and will repeat this for how ever many missions I have set.

we have nothing to go off at this point in time.
it could be a failsafe. radio… battery… geofence.
