Did you setup a gimbal in SITL ?
BTW, it has nothing to do with Mission Planner.
No, I didnt set the gimbal.
Because the only case when DO_SET_ROI is not turning the copter is when a gimbal is set up. Anyway, try with a clean simulator by checking the wipe on the SITL screen.
