is the message from mission planner encryption?
Be more specific about your doubt… if you are asking about encryption in the MAVLink protocol, it doesn’t have any (at least the common ones used by Ardupilot, I think there are some experimental features of MAVLink that supports it, but I am not an expert on it so I can be wrong).

You can do as i do is get 2 RFD900X modems the do AES Hardware accelerated encryption as well as Sbus or PPM passthrough that no one will hack into your vehicle
