Mission Planner "GPS: No GPS" with Holybro Micro M8N GPS

I was having trouble with my first controller board and replaced it but this one is only powering up 3 motors out of 4. Is there anything I can check to see what the pixhawk is doing? Pixhawk 2.4.8
