Mission Planner - Compas Bad variance on the HUB

Hello everybody,

Summary
We notice during our fight test that we get EKF error message from the Mission Planner HUB : “ERROR COMPASS VARIANCE”. The message appear only when we do stronger input.

However, we found neither error message from QGroundControl nor into the log. We don’t understand why.

Then, during the flight, the drone looks stable and doesn’t seems have some sensor issue .

Here, please find attached logs.

In addition, we did a sensor calibration before flight, but we get the error message on the MP HUP anyway.

What is the condition to display this error message on the Mission planner HUB ? In wich datas is it based ?

Is it only a mission planner error message type ?
