[Mission Planner Bug] Can't change interface language into english

Hello.

I raised this issue in the forum in March 2023, and this problem is still persists.
(also other bugs still persists in mission planner after I raised the issue)

korean problem

the language is fixed into korean and can’t be changed in latest version.

so I have to edit config.xml whenever it changes to korean. or after installing.

I will not, it will be maintained separately. You can install it from the github binary release.
