Mission Planner battery percentage problem

I have setup Battery Monitor and getting the Voltage very accurate but on the HUD the battery percentage runs down very quickly down to 0% but my 3S battery voltage dropped from 12.58 to 12.55V. Not even close to 0%. This all happens in 3 to 5 minutes.

I see however that the Amps are running over 30A while the whole system is in idle. No motor is turning.

Any help will be appreciated.

You will need to calibrate the Amps the same way you calibrated the voltage.

Using an Amp meter measure the load and enter the values.

I have found that you need to aim for the hover load (copter strapped down with ammeter attached)
A lot of the battery sensors do not have a linear amp reading.
