Mission Planner and Chromebook

ChromeOS Version 103.0.5060.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Mission Planner version unknown (Chrome app store does not specify and version number is not displayed by the app)

Though I can get Mission Planner to run on my Chromebook, it never connects to my Pixhawk. Are there any app log files that may describe the connect attempts and errors? Where are they located? Anything I can try right away?

Hi Robert - did you ever find a solution? I too would like to run Mission Planner on a Chromebook.

Thanks…

No Sir, I did not. I ended up installing a VMware on my Linux machine then installing Windows 10 (it’s free) on that then installing Mission Planner on that. That solution worked for me.

FYI, if you have a Linux machine: Mission Planner provides the best overall GCS but only works well on Windows. It does not work well at all with Mono or Wine on Linux.

Good luck!
Bob

Thanks very much Bob.
