Mission Planner 1.3.37 Pixhawk compass calibration messed up

I kept getting apparent wrong yaw readings after calibrating my Pixhawk with external compass using Mission Planner 1.3.37. I then tried calibrating it with Mission Planner 1.3.34 (on my laptop). The yaw readings look correct after calibrating with 1.3.34.
