Missing ESC_CALIBRATION parameter

I want to set ESC_CALIBRATION to 3 for calibrating esc according to Semi Automatic ESC-by-ESC Calibration method in this link http://ardupilot.org/copter/docs/esc-calibration.html.
But , I cannot found ESC_CALIBRATION parameter in Mission planner version 1.3.44. How can I find it?

Ps. I am using apm2.6 board

like you have found. this option is not available on an apm2.6
please upgrade to the cube/ph2

Can I calibrate esc by using arduino instead of using apm2.6 ? I mean that I will calibrate ESC by arduino before I connect it to apm2.6.
