Minimum throttle

In Mission Planner is there a way of setting a minimum throttle value so that no matter what speed or attitude the throttle won’t drop below this setting?

I use these for FBW and Cruise. Not sure if it need’s an air speed sensor or not but it set’s your throttle as a scale between the two settings, so rather than 0%-100% throttle you have min airspeed to max airspeed.
