So I have been flying mini striver vtol plane for a while.
One fine day during rtl we took over qloiter and was coming in fine when all of a sudden motor 3 stoped as per our visuals.
Could anyone let us know what really happened

Yes, looks like you lost motor 3. I don’t know what caused it, but at least the data matches what you saw.
Yeah saw motor 3 stopping. Unable to find the case , anyone else has experienced this ? Maybe bas esc by the company.
Any other cause of cash can be determined by this log ?
And how does the the tuning look like in that fine ?

I’m not really familiar with ArduPlane, but at least the IMU temperature calibration is missing.
Vibration are very low, either through notch-filter or by design. Either way good job with that 
What ESC type are you flying? SimonK?
Do yourself a favour and get some BLHeli_S (where you flash BlueJay) or BLHeli_32 ESCs.
Or if you do already have BLHeli ESCs, setup DShot600 and ESC telemetry.
Having ESC telemetry might have helped to determine the reason for your crash.
Do motor and ESC smell okay?
Have you tested motor 3 on the bench after the crash?
If it was a hardware problem it will probably show again.
