MicroSD Card Broken after formatting

After formatting my 4GB kingston microsd card the pixhawk won’t log to it anymore.

Mission planner gives me the prearm errors: “No io thread heartbeat” and “Prearm: logging failed”.

I formatted my sd card multiple times with FAT and FAT32 and it still didn’t fix the problem.

I could disable the prearm check for logging and fly my drone without logging but I would like to know if there is a way of fixing this and if I’m doing something wrong.

Any ideas on this issue as mine is doing the same thing? How is the SD card supposed to be formatted?

I have no clue. I formatted the sd card many times with different formats and still no luck.

I may just buy a new one.
