So I am currently trying to build a custom VTOL for a masters project. It’s essentially a CoaxCopter with wings that extend in “plane” mode. I was wondering if it would be possible to combine to different vehicle types, that could maybe be changed with an aux switch on my transmitter. The reason for this is that there is no current VTOL ‘type’ that suits my needs. I’ve attached a drawing of the frame of my VTOL if that helps, the wings aren’t in the drawing but they will fold into the void between the 2 cylinders. The motors will be in the center of the struts near the top of the frame.
