Hello everyone.
First and foremost, I am very new to Ardupilot and Antennatracker. I have flown Arducopter quads before but am now building a very long range FPV powered glider. I will be getting both my FAA and FCC licenses soon.
When I am licensed and make the switch to dragonlink, I plan on making an MP antenna tracker. I have searched but haven’t seen anyone use a goto telescope mount. It seems somewhat logical due to the availability of serial control and moderate payload capacity. They regularly pop up on craigslist near me for $50-100 with the telescope. If successful, you could also attach a camera to the telescope and record the flight from the “spotter position”.
