Mavproxy and Mavlink Bridge Issue

Hello everyone. I made the raspberry pi based mavlink bridge(From Ardupilot tutorial). Mission Planner and Qgroundcontrol connects well. But I can’t connect via mavproxy. (Windows 10) It shows error (Failed to connect to [WinError 10049] The requested address is not valid in its context).
Any suggestions?

if the mavproxy is installed on your Win10, please try the command
c>mavproxy --master=COMx --out
