MATEK f405 VTOL

I am new to vtol, so right now trying to properly wire matek f405vtol flight controller. Basically idea is simple - plane (tandem) to take of like a drone and then toggle switch to fly like a plane.

But when I plug the board - nothing happens. I am using sbus to connect to flysky, and servos works as expected, but engines doesnt wanna work. Is there any specific guide on this case? Thank you
