I have the same issue with a Matek H743 mini (board V1.5 with an MPU6000) with copter4.2.2. The quad flies fine after connecting power, but after a minute or two the pitch has drifted so much that with sticks centered it will shoot forward. Back on the ground the horizon is way off compared to what it was before take-off.
Yeah, likely this is temperature drift which the MPU6000 does not handle well. If you do a good TCAL it should improve things, but this chip has a lot of limitations

Iām experiencing the same problem. Both attitude and ground speed readings are drifting. Any updates? Has this issue been resolved yet?
