Hello, I have a MakeFlyEasy Fighter VTOL with around 24hours flight time. We were conducting test flights when we had an unexpected crash during transition from Quad to Plane. The Quad was taken off in Q_Loiter, and once at 10m flipped to Auto. Once in auto, the transition began in which we saw a hard roll to the left, and a failure to pitch. Was wondering if anyone could help with post-crash. Ran on QGC V.4.2.6.

I had the exact same behavior on my MFE Hero VTOL. Had it takeoff in auto. Went up vertical, then hard rolled left beginning transition then fail to maintain altitude and impact the ground at speed.
In my instance, the airspeed reading was low, as the roll resulted in it turning with the wind. Airspeed logged was around 13 m/s and gps groundspeed had it going much faster.
Still not 100% what the root cause was, as it was my first transition with that aircraft.
You’ll need to share the .bin log of the flight for any valuable assistance. Without the log we’re just making guesses.
