Maiden flight of Pixhawk Predator 650 catastrophic crash

So I had a fairly successful maiden that ended in a catastrophic cartwheeling crash straight into the ground…

I have a log file can anyone help me figure out what happened?

I think I accidentally switched flight modes, possibly to “Drift”? and it INSTANTLY cartwheeled and continued spinning to the ground.

I was able to complete the Auto Analysis but I still can’t make much of it…
