I just read out my location magnetic declination value in https://www.magnetic-declination.com/
and its showing -1.16 as shown in image below.
But in mission planner same location showing -0.02.is that ok or I misunderstood the thing.

at a guess its in radians

Any way to change the units in degrees?
not normally, as its a set and forget value, and most people use the auto declination setting

Sure divide radians by 57.296 and enter it 
. Or as suggested leave it on auto and forget about it.
