Resolved: By beefing up the frame. I think the area beneath the motor mount whilst quite strong and rigid the 3D printed frame is using the minimum infill (90% hollow with 0.8mm wall thickness) and so may have been causing the vibrations. I think beefing up this area under the motors is what made the improvement.
