Low altitude warning in 3.4.3

I was using copter 3.3 without any issues.Decided to upload 3.4.3 and When I arm the quad
mission planner gives a warning “low altitude zero” .I do have Lidar 2 on the quad in PWM mode.
worked with 3.3
