Looking for high-quality power sensors and modules

I was using the Holybro PM02 V3 power module for my Pixhawk on my fixed wing aircraft, but it stopped reporting votlage and current on a long endurance flight (21h).

I’m looking for a high quality power module for Pixhawk. I’m using 4S Li-Ion. In adittion, I’m looking for accurate voltage / current sensors, especially for low currents (3 A).

Any recommendations?

High quality anything can be hard to find these days where everything is made in china at a minimum cost, its even gotten to the point where clones are just made to look like the real hardware from the outside and internally they dont even function properly.
What happened to the pm02? Can you see what failed?
