Arming is successful with normal logging, but fails with this error when INS_LOG_BAT_OPT is set to 4, and INS_LOG_BAT_MASK is set to 1.

Can you maybe try reducing your log buffer size to see if it is simply a memory issue.
Also please post your parameters

Reducing Log Buffer size from 16 to 12 seems to have done the trick. Thanks!

I saw something similar yesterday when I maidened a new plane. Everything was normal on the bench, and a short time after taking off I started seeing an error message on the OSD about failure to create the log directory. I assumed it was a problem with the SD card since it was all a new build. However after the flight I checked and there was a small log file on the card, just enough to capture the takeoff then stopped shortly after, about the same time the error message started. This was with the “latest” (4.7.0) build as of a couple weeks ago, because there’s no earlier targets for the board I’m using yet.
