Log paramenter lists

OK, so several of the empty fields are now documented in the ArduPilot
source tree.

Here’s BARO - which you had an outstanding question on:

That document you’ve put together is a fantastic resource. It would be
great to get it into our source tree in that markup form you see.

Would you be willing to help put it into the source tree?

Would you mind if we took a chunk of it and put it in ourselves?

I understand you’d like “completeness” in your document. I’ll make an
effort to document the bits you’ve marked in yellow in our Wiki…

new version of mission planner show the field info when you mouse over in the tree.
