Limited number of Serial Ports in Orange Cube +

Hello,
I have the following set of devices in my drone that require connection via SERIAL port. Can I connect them all to Orange Cube+ due to the limited number of SERIAL ports?

  1. RFD 868 radio modem,
  2. Gremsy T3 gimbal,
  3. Seagull RTK GPS module,
  4. Rush Solo 2.5W VTX with Smart Audio (power control),
  5. Holybro Micro OSD V2.

UART Mapping

  • SERIAL0 → USB
  • SERIAL1 → UART2 (Telem1)
  • SERIAL2 → UART3 (Telem2)
  • SERIAL3 → UART4 (GPS)
  • SERIAL4 → UART8 (GPS2)
  • SERIAL5 → UART7 (spare, CONS)

CONS port

The CONS port is an additional UART connected to SERIAL5. The pinout in the CONS port table below is ordered so that the GND pin is closest to the cube. The TX pin is closest to the servo rail.
