LightWare SF11 I2C

We are using the latest Pixhawk 2 and we are currently trying to run it through the I2C connection but it doesn’t seem to be working we followed the instructions on http://ardupilot.org/copter/docs/common-lightware-sf10-lidar.html?highlight=lidar, but they don’t work on the Pixhawk 2, they work on the first Pixhawk but not the second one if anyone has some suggestions to make this work that would be great?
