Guys, everytime I arm my pixhawk it does the normal startup noise and police lights - but then it keeps on flashing yellow, double blink.

I check on MAV link and there is no errors being displayed.

Eventually after 3-5 min I am able to arm it?

Could it be it’s waiting for the GPS signal in order to release it?

If you connect a ground station to the pixhawk it should tell you what the problem is. Double flashing yellow is a prearm check failure. It could be GPS lock.
