I am looking for something that can directly scan and recognize the license number plate of the vehicles from the drone.
Please let me know if any one has some other better options to do this thing. Also, I want some information about sellers or companies that makes or sells license number plate recognition camera that can be attached to a copter.
there is no such thing as a "license plate recognition camera."
it’s a camera, and there is a small Linux computer running OpenCV, processing the video.
What camera and computer you use is up to you.
You could program all that as is into a 3DR Solo, or attach a small camera with computer to any RPAS
