hi all,
can anyone tell me how i can activate a particular set of Led lights when i activate say hoppers on a bait boat on servo 5 for instance?
so when i active the Left hopper an LED on the left side of the boat will flash… is there a requirement of extra hardware
Well, there are many ways to accomplish that.
- Have another output configured in the FC that comes on at the same time the servo is operated. This can then operate an RC switch and activate the LED
- Simply us a RC splitter cable and connect and RC switch parallel to your servo wires
- Attach a basic, small micro-switch to your servo and activate both at the same time (hopper & LED via switch) - Easily done by making a suitable mounting bracket on a 3D printer.
- Attach a suitable switch to the hopper = hopper activated = LED activated
- There are more ways but that might add more complexity
