Large Motor Output Difference

Hi,

Specs:
Cube Orange
Antigravity MN1005 & Tmotor Flame ESC
H-Frame
32inch Prop
18KG AUW

Log File Link : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iBCUdHD3qCEoM0hi8yWU79e9sPDGDUHK/view?usp=sharing

I’ve tuned this copter but still getting 13% motor output difference between fastest and slowest motor. I’ve checked CG, motor level balancing and frame trueness. Everything seems to be in order.
Is there some parameter for that can fix this

Thanks

This can only be a ESC calibration or hardware issue (tilted motors, etc.).

Looks like a common Yaw bias to me. CW motors commanded higher. Is it really an H-Frame? Did you try X anyway?

Yea, I’ve re-calibrated the ESCs and re-checked that motors are leveled

Yes, its an H frame. I’ve read about the opposite motor directions due to frame flex, which is very visible in this frame, thats why didnt try X Configuration

Thanks for the replies.

I’ve changed the motor mounts completely and now its a whole different design. I’ll test that tomorrow and post the results.

We are facing similar issue and noticed a lot of vibrations on the drone, How did you solve the issue above ?

32 inch props need arms and frame structure far more rigid than almost anyone expects. Likely the arms and frame are twisting or deforming in flight and allowing the geometry change.
