Large HexaCopter PID tips

Hi all.
i built a large HexaCopter:
2x 6S lipo batteries 36 Ah capacity
carbon props 29"
pixhawk 1
40 A esc’s
running copter 3.5.7

after some flight test i reviewed the ATT tab and my DesPitch vs actual Pitch DesRoll vs ActualRoll are complitly off. i tried tuning the PID but with no luck.

any tips?
