I’m using Ardupilot version 4.1.5 on Cube Orange for an application that requires an immediate takeoff capability. I’ve noticed that when I power on the autopilot, it takes approximately 50 seconds until I get permission to take off in the PosHold mode. Since I can’t reduce this time, is it possible to keep the autopilot powered on for an extended period, like 2 months, so that I can initiate a takeoff whenever needed?

Yes, it is possible. We do it since a couple of years now.
I’m actually concerned about sensors like accelerometers, gyros, etc. Being powered on for Long period of time, could cause permanent damage to the sensors and reduce the autopilot’s lifespan?is there any solution?
No there is nothing else to do. And it will not shorten the life of the components. Your mobile phone also works for years without an issue. Just change the battery
