Jumper T16 Pro Internal RF binding procedure

I was messing with a Jumper T16 Pro straight out of the box this morning and couldn’t get the internal RF to bind to my Jumper R8 receiver. On an older Jumper T16 with the external JP4in1 module installed I had no issue connecting to an R8 and when I put the module on the T16 Pro it would work as well on external RF.

Does anyone know if FrSky D16 doesn’t work on internal RF for the T16 Pro? It shows up in the menu of internal RF so I thought it would be supported.

Answered this one for myself. Looks like the internal RF module only stays in bind mode for around five seconds and the receiver needs to be power cycled in that time or it doesn’t bind.
