Joystick problems: Separate USB for stick and throttle

Hello! I recently purchased a Saitek X-55 Rhino joystick that i planned to use with Mission Planner.

The problem is that the stick and the throttle are two separate units that both use their own USB ports on the PC. This results in them showing up as two different joystick units in Mission Planner, ass shown in the picture, where you are only able to choose one. So I can either only use the stick or the thottle to controll my plane.

I have asked Saitek/MadCatz if its possiple to merge/pair the two units, but they havn’t been able to come up with a solution.

Is there a way to use more than one joystick unit to controll my plane? For expmle by spesifing the “joystick path” for each control signal in some file?

Looking forward to your answers. Thank you.

I would get a different joystick.

I have used a variety of joysticks through mission planner to control my gimbal with no issues.

Does any of the developers have an answer to this?

currently MP only supports a single joystick. Is there software to combine the 2 into 1?
