Issue with my Bicopter

Hi, I am building a Bicopter for a school project and I am still quite knew in that world.

I am using a Skystars H743 for my autopilot and a RadioMaster TX16S for my radio.

I used a Quadplane as a base and then changed thoses parameters:

Q_ENABLE 1
Q_FRAME_CLASSE 10
Q_TILT_TYPE 3
SERVO_FUNCTION 1 → 74 Throttle right
SERVO_FUNCTION 3 → 73 Throttle left
SERVO_FUNCTION 5 → 75 Tilt Motor Front Left
SERVO_FUNCTION 6 → 76 Tilt Motor Front Right

According to my wiring :

But nothing happend. What am I missing ?

ArduPilot detect my radio on the Radio Calibration tab.

Can someone help me with this ?
