I can use the precision landing with GPS, Is it possible to use the precision landing at indoor environment with optical flow or other sensor?

Hello,

Yes its possible, here is a demonstration:

Its using an OpenMV as camera system directly connected to the Flight Controler.
PX4flow and Garmin LidarLiteV3 as optical flow velocity controler.
