Is quadplane oscillation overheat the motors and ESC?

Hello every one, does heavy oscillation overheat both motors and ESC and can force them to stop working and fall down while flying?

Address the output oscillation 1st. I don’t know where your Rate Pitch/Roll PID’s came from but try dropping the P&I values to .1 (equal). Also set the motor ranges:
