Is it possible to Switch from px4flow to gps in flight

Hi,
I was just wondering if it would be possible to use a lua script to change the loiter params required by px4flow to those required by a gps in flight?
The use case can be: vehicle looses gps in mid flight and script keeps an eye and switch to px4flow.
Does it make sense?

Technically the EKF should automatically switch to OF if GPS signal gets bad. One test you can do is to assign the GPS signal to a rc switch and cut signal while in loiter and the vehicle should keep position.
